Relocalization

Relocalization is the process by which the nation-state/corporate top down model of global management devolves towards a more human scale approach by which communities have renewed abilities to take charge of their own affairs and in that process begin to once again determine their own destiny and to reduce dependency on more larger scale global forces which are almost completely beyond their control and which may not reflect their interests.

Rather than withdraw from this global sphere we propose a new global model which empowers communities to collaborate and cooperative more effectively at the global level to promote a more sane and sustainable model of global human development that is authentically tied to people's needs and desires.
